Three representatives from the students will be chosen by the Principal and the Presiding Officer incase of matters invoving students.
Objectives of the Committee
i) To ensure respect for the Institute's pledge to establish a gender-neutral environment.
ii) To encourage a psychological and social milieu that would increase consciousness regarding sexual harassment in all of its manifestations.
Functioning of the Committee
The ICC convenes when necessary to discuss complaints from members who teach and those who do not, and to take appropriate action. Any such offense is subject to a zero-tolerance policy at the college.
