Walk-In-Interview for Research Staff (Research Associate) Selection under ICSSR Project

Walk-In-Interview will be held on 19th March 2025 at Alipurduar Mahila Mahavidyalaya, for the appointment of one Research Associate for an ICSSR-sponsored research project “Status of Women Empowerment in Former Chitmahal of Bangladesh Annexed to Cooch Behar District (India) Since-2015” under the PI Dr. Minal Ali Mia, Department of Bengali, Alipurduar Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Alipurduar, West Bengal.

Temporary appointments of Positions:

1.      Research Associate @Rs.47000/-p.m. 

Qualification-Postgraduate in purely social science discipline only (minimum of 55% marks) with NET or SET/M.Phil/Ph.D. and 2 years of research experience.

Duration of Assignment: Research Associate- Initially for 01 month, extendable up to maximum 02 months based on satisfactory performance.

Scope of Work: Educational research, Data entry, Data analysis, Report writing etc.

Reporting time: 10 A.M.

Commencement of the interview: 11 A.M.

 Terms and Conditions:

i.                 No TA/DA will be provided to the candidate for the interview.

ii.               The decision of the selection committee will be final.

iii.             The appointment of the candidate will be governed by the terms and conditions of the funding agency.

iv.              The selected candidate will have to join duty immediately on receipt of the offer. 

v.                The job may be terminated anytime with prior notice if performance is not satisfactory.

vi.              This recruitment will be done as per instructions/guidelines prescribed by ICSSR, New Delhi.
