Niharkana Mitra Scholarship Programme
The Niharkana Mitra Scholarship Programme is being introduced for the meritorious and deserving students of the college.
Terms and Conditions of the Programme:
At present students from the Department of English and students pursuing Physical Education are only eligible for this scholarship.
For students in the Department of English
UG Level : Scholarship of Rs. 20000/- each to 2 top performing students in each semester.
PG Level : Scholarship of Rs. 25000/- each to 2 top performing students in each semester.
For students pursuing Physical Education
Scholarship of Rs. 10000/- each to 2 top performing students in each semester.
Eligibility Criteria
a) A minimum of 65% to be scored in the Semester End Examination.
b) Only regular students will be considered for award of scholarship. Students with back in any paper in current or previous semester will not be considered.
c) The student must follow the rules and regulations, discipline, and code of conduct of the college.
d) Compulsory attendance of 75%.
