Rules and Regulations related to usage of Library

1. Strict decorum and discipline must be maintained in the Library.
2. Library card is compulsory for getting access to the library.
3. Students must not bring bags, sticks, umbrellas, briefcases, boxes and other such articles into the Library.
4. Books borrowed for reading should be returned the same day.
5.  Students should not deface, mark, cut, mutilate or damage any books or furniture in the library. Strict action will be taken against anyone found doing so.
6. The Librarian has the power to refuse admission to anyone not adhering to the rules and regulations of the library.
7. Students and Teachers have to put in their signatures in their designated Attendance Registers.
8. The library remains closed on Sundays and Holidays as notified by the College authority.

            Monday – Friday: 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Book Issue

A penalty of Rs. 5/- per book per day would be charged in case of delay in returning the borrowed book.

Monday – Friday: 11.00 AM to 03:00 PM

Saturday & Holidays: Closed

For Daily Use (Only Reading): 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

For Book Return: 12 PM to 2 PM

Book Requisition: 12 PM to 2 PM

For Book Lending: 2 PM to 3 PM

The timings and days of operation may undergo changes, if necessary.

Students can borrow 02 nos. books at a time and keep it for 7 days.

A penalty of Rs. 5/- per book per day would be charged in case of delay in returning the borrowed book.

Books may be recalled before the due date, if required in the Library. Failure to respond promptly may lead to suspension of library privileges
